Towing capacity by vehicle
Every vehicle below is published by configuration — engine × cab × bed × drivetrain — because a single number per model is wrong for most of them. The Silverado 1500 alone spans 8,700–13,300 lb on the same badge.

Why the list is short, and honest about it. Every vehicle here was extracted from a manufacturer chart we could actually reach and verify. Tow ratings are safety-critical, so we publish a vehicle only once its own chart is in hand — we do not fill gaps from third-party databases, which have been measured overstating ratings by thousands of pounds in the dangerous direction. More vehicles are added as their guides are sourced.
